Purchased a used 2025 Escalade from this dealer! It was smooth easy transaction. The sales staff was great to work with and honest. They had the best price within 200 miles. I drove 3 hours to work with them. I can't say enough good things about three guys. They have called 3 times rk check in to ensure wee were happy with the dealership and our purchase.

The service at Indigo is always great. They have great customer service, specially Sam. They do a great job explaining and recording the issue with your car and do their best dealing with the warranty. They are always trying to help you in anyway they can including transportation from and to to make your day easier.
Jon F was incredibly helpful during a stressful time. My car broke down while I was out of town and he was able to help diagnose the issue on a busy Monday morning. He fit me in so I could make a rational decision knowing I was stranded. He was also easy to reach which is not a typical experience for me with busy service departments.
WOW !! My wife and I were driving along i10 near Indio CA when our jaguar rear wheel locked up while existing the interstate , we had the good fortune to speak to Ivan Lara service advisor at Jaguar Rancho Mirage who gave us the phone # of a breakdown service that would take us to his facility , our car was inspected and the parts were ordered . Jon the service advisor is great as Is all that work there, but the costs are ridiculous So 295.00 to check if I need new battery then 921.00 for a new battery and installation 461.00 for oil change ending up with a 1700.00 bill, oh yeah an thats with a 10% discount

The catalytic converter went out in my F Pace. The service team did a little research and found it was covered under a little known warranty. If they didn't do that it would have cost me a lot of money. I am very grateful for their service.

No one likes bringing their car in for service, but my service advisor Sam makes the experience pleasant and professional. This past week i had my Jaguar in for 30K service, new tires, new battery and a coolant part which was leaking. One part didn't come in so they needed the car an extra day. He was so apologetic. This was the worst ever. Jaguar couldn’t figure out what is wrong with my car. They kept it outside looking filthy for a month. There were hand prints on the paint. They didn’t put the engine cover back in my car. They left it in the trunk. The service manager advised me that they had no instructions from the manufacturer to fix my car.
