This was the worst ever. Jaguar couldn’t figure out what is wrong with my car. They kept it outside looking filthy for a month. There were hand prints on the paint. They didn’t put the engine cover back in my car. They left it in the trunk. The service manager advised me that they had no instructions from the manufacturer to fix my car. He told me they didn’t want to take it apart and not be able to put it back yet they left my engine cover in the trunk. Why is no one knowledgeable about ...

Very good experience. We brought a new-to-us Jaguar XK in for an inspection. They did a through job and even sent us a video on the inspection filmed by technicians in real time. Our service coordinator was Ivan and he is very competent and a good communicator. No upselling, just factual information. They found only a few things that need attention.

Walked in on a Monday, no one made eye contact with me, then comes a tall, huge smile Chris Curtis… we spoke briefly about this Jaguar I saw on the website and he answers ..you just walked by it.. needless to say I was behind the wheel test driving my new wildcat!! Gracias Chris for taking the time to explain and answer all my questions.


Sam and the entire service team was wonderful. They kept us informed as to the progress of our repairs and timely arranged for an Uber to take us home rather than having to wait in the dealership for the repairs to be completed.

Normally, a trip to a dealer service department is an exercise in aggrevation and frustration. Duncan (my service representative) ensured my experience at Jaguar of Rancho Mirage was anything but those things. Scheduling and check-in was effortless and efficient. I was afforded a very nice courtesy car to drive while my car was being repaired and the repairs were conducted quickly and professionally. Once my less than flatering review to the service I received was "Quickly" reviewed by the Service Manager, Ivan Kubis, he reached out to me and was very helpful. I was impressed with his kind response and how he made good with my experience. This 5 star rating is for Ivan and how he took ownership of what is seemingly, a one off experience.


I had a flat tire, had my car towed in. right away I was contacted about the time line. Duncan Emmons always does a great job.


I dropped by the dealership for help updating the navigation system in my car. My visit was unscheduled yet the service was performed and was back in my car within an hour or so.

Last week I got my Range Rover Sport serviced. As always my experience with my Service Manager Duncan Emmons at Jaguar Land Rover Rancho Mirage is always 5-star customer service. The parts and service center at Jaguar Rancho Mirage service center is above and beyond. They took care of all my needs . Provided me with transportation back to my home and a pick up the next day back to the service center to pick up my car. They made it very easy. I also want to mention Sam in service was excellent. Allan is the man to see. We ordered a defender but I personally didn’t want that. So we canceled but we loved working with him so much we wanted to support him because he was so nice. So as we bought the Range Rover we also bought the Jaguar F-Type !!! Kindness goes along way!
